The inside...

The cards on the inside are also from "Fifth Ave Floral" , the tango tangerine one is a CASE from a swap I received at convention this year, the original was made by the very sweet Lynda Winfield. The other one has no name on it and I've added some different colours to it, but if you recognise it, please let me know and I will add your name to it. I have also wrapped some matching DSP around the inside of the pen, so as to complete the ensemble. There are matching envelopes which are held inside plastic sleeves along with the cards. This was a really fun project to make and it makes a nice little gift for someone. Take care all and please keep visiting, don't be shy and leave a comment to say hi. Lots of inky hugs from....

It's been a while....

Hi there,
I know it's been a while and you probably thought I'd gone away on holiday somewhere. well unfortunately not, but I've certainly taken a few weeks of slower pace to catch my breath a bit. I have quite a few things to upload, but I thought I'd show this project which was made some time ago now, it has some cards and a pen inside, so I'll upload the photo of that next. I have used the stamp set called "Fifth Ave Floral" Which I adore and I've stamped it onto some "Baja Breeze" cardstock. The closure is made from Choc chip cardstock and I've paper pierced all the way around and followed it with some white gel pen for faux stitching. I hope you like it, here comes the inside.....

Simply Said...

Hello out there in blog land,
I know you've all been very patient and probably wondering if I'm still around, well I am and just taking life a little easier of late. Here is a couple of projects I made right back in my first week with SU, I borrowed some sets from my upline and one of them was this set called Simply said. It has some lovely sentiments in it and I thought it made these little note pads a nice gift for some hostesses. As you can see I've added some doodling on the red one, by drawing in some little leaves along the stems, I then added a bit of sparkle too. I hope you like them, thanks for visiting with me. Lots of inky hugs from....
